First Visit

Your first visit to Cedar Valley Podiatry Foot & Ankle Center establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor.

Policies
Policies for appointments and cancellations: If, for some reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. We appreciate at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment.

Insurance
Our office accepts Medicare and most insurance plans. Please call our office to verify acceptance of your insurance carrier. If your insurance requires a referral, please be sure to obtain this through your primary care physician prior to your scheduled appointment.
